Canon EF 135mm IS Lens Coming Next Year

Good News!!! A New Canon EF 135mm lens is coming! According to the latest rumors from CR1, Canon will announce the EF 135mm IS lens in 2018 to replace the current classic EF 135mm F2 USM. It is not confirmed whether the aperture is F1.4 or F2.

After Canon EF 85mm F1.4L IS USM lens was released, we’re wondering if a bunch of IS fast primes would be announced next.

The current Canon EF 135mm f/2L USM Lens was officially announced in 1996. It is the time to be replaced.
