In February 2015, Pentax announced two new full frame telephoto zoom lenses: Pentax HD D FA 70-200mm F2.8 ED DC AW Lens and Pentax HD D FA 150-450mm F4.5-5.6 DC AW Lens. Now, according to the latest rumors from DI, Pentax HD FA 24-70mm f/2.8 ED SDM WR Lens will be announced very soon, perhaps on Friday this week!
Along with Pentax HD FA 24-70mm F2.8 lens, new Pentax WG-40 waterproof camera will also be announced to replace the current WG-30 version. It will be available in different colors (black, yellow and white, blue for the WG-40W model.
