Here are some more information about the upcoming Canon EF 85mm f/1.4L IS lens leaked at the CR3. This new lens is expected to be announced with three more lenses at the end of August 2017.

- 4 stop image stabilization (previously mentioned)
- Flourine coating
- 1 moulded aspherical element
- 9 aperture blades
Canon EF 85mm f/1.4L IS lens will not be the replacement to the current EF 85mm f/1.2L II or EF 85mm F1.8 USM. It will be a new lens in 85mm lens category.
So far, there are three EF 85mm lenses in the market: Canon EF 85mm F1.2L II, Canon EF 85mm f/1.2L USM and Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 USM lens.
