Three new Zeiss FE lenses are coming! According to the latest rumors from SR4, there will be three new Zeiss branded FE lenses at the PhotoPlus show in NYC in October 2016. They are yet not sure if all the lenses are Sony “Zeiss branded” or a mix of Zeiss branded and Zeiss Batis/Loxia lenses.
Below are three rumored lenses:
- Zeiss Batis 35mm f/1.8,
- Zeiss 24-70mm f/2 (similar compact size to the current f/4 version)
- Sony Zeiss 16-35mm f/2.8.
It is really exciting to get a 24-70mm f/2.0 or f/2.8 zoom lens at the same size of f/4.0 lens.
So far, the shipping date of Zeiss Batis 85mm f/1.8 Lens and Zeiss Batis 25mm f/2 Lens is delayed till the ” beginning of April, 2016″, While they are now in stock at Focuscamera!
