Canon has just filed a new patent of EF 35mm f/2 IS II USM Lens. This is Canon’s another wide angle prime lens with “IS”.

The lens is 104.5mm long, so it is quite a bit longer than the current EF 35mm F2/ IS USM model at 62.6mm.
