The current Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM
A new Canon super telephoto zoom lens is coming! According to the latest rumors from CR2, Canon is now working on the EF 200-600 f/4.5-5.6 IS lens and this new lens will be released some time in 2016.
Canon EF 200-600mm F4.5-5.6 IS will be a non-L lens and the price will be below the current Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM lens. Once released, this new super telephoto zoom lens will compete directly with the Sigma and Tamron super telephoto (150-600mm) zoom lenses.
