What do you guys think is the best one-and-done lens for a Nikon Z6ii because I am leaving for a two week trip to Tokyo in like 10 days and I still havent decided! I am stuck between the 24-120mm f/4 S and the 24-200mm f/4-6.3. I really want the sharpness of the S line but that extra reach on the 200 would be so nice for street stuff and candid shots... my budget is capped at about $1100 so the 24-120 is pushing it a bit if I buy new. Is the f/4 constant worth the extra weight or should I just get the 24-200 and call it a day? I gotta order this thing tonight to get it in time...
Honestly, I've tried many travel setups over the years. I took a slow superzoom to Japan once and regretted it as soon as the sun dipped behind the buildings. Go with the Nikon NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S. That constant f/4 is a lifesaver for Tokyo's narrow alleys. The optics are just way sharper than the Nikon NIKKOR Z 24-200mm f/4-6.3 VR. Buy it used to save cash.
