What is the best all-around lens for a Sony mirrorless camera that can basically do everything? I just bought an a7C because I wanted something small and high-quality but I'm totally overwhelmed by all the options out there and sorry if this is such a basic question but I really have no clue what I'm looking at.
I'm going on a big trip to Japan next month and I really dont want to be swapping lenses while I'm walking around Tokyo or trying to hike. I want one lens that can take pretty pictures of the buildings but also maybe some blurry background shots of my girlfriend. I was looking at some websites and they keep talking about prime vs zoom and aperture and my head is honestly spinning from all the numbers.
