Good News!!! According to the latest rumors from SAR, Sony will soon announce the new sel2470GM II and sel70200GM II lens. The next lens will be significantly more compact.
Sony FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM Lens and Sony FE 70-200mm F2.8 GM OSS lens (Amazon/ B&H/ Adorama) are released in 2016, and although they don’t feel that old yet, the recently introduced GM lenses are compact and high-performance. By design, it has evolved significantly from the initial type lenses, so it seems that these lenses will also evolve considerably if the model is changed
