What is the best all-around lens for the new Canon EOS R5 Mark II?

So I finally bit the bullet and grabbed the R5 Mark II last week because my old body was starting to give me sensor errors during high-speed bursts. Ive been shooting Canon for like 12 years now so Im not a newbie but man this thing is picky. My logic was that my old EF 24-70mm 2.8 II with the adapter would be plenty sharp but Im seeing weird hunting issues with the new autofocus system and the corners just look... muddy? I dont know if its the new sensor readout or what.

I have a huge wedding coming up in Seattle in three weeks—mostly indoors and probably rainy—and I need one do-it-all lens because Im tired of swapping bodies every five minutes. I was thinking maybe the RF 24-105 f4 L but Im worried that f4 is gonna be a disaster in those dark PNW venues even with the improved high ISO. Then theres the 28-70 f2 which is a literal brick and honestly might break my wrist after ten hours. Budget is about $2500 but I could stretch it if its worth it. Is anyone actually using the new 24-105 2.8? It seems overkill and massive but maybe thats the play for this sensor? I just need something that actually keeps up with the eye tracking without falling apart at the edges...

TL;DR: Get the Canon RF 24-70mm f/2.8 L IS USM. Its sharp, within budget, and way more practical for long weddings than the heavy Z zoom. AF is totally rock solid on mine.
