I recently got the new Sony ZV-E10 camera for vlogging and general photography. It comes with the 16-50mm kit lens which is decent, but I'm looking to get something better as an everyday walk-around lens.
I shoot a mix of photos and video, so I'd like something versatile that is good for both. Ideally something relatively compact and lightweight to keep the overall setup portable. My budget is around $500.
Any recommendations for a good everyday lens for the ZV-E10?

For the ZV-E10, I'd highly recommend the Sigma 16mm F1.4 DC DN Contemporary lens. It's a fantastic compact prime lens that is tack sharp and gives beautiful bokeh and subject separation.
At 16mm, it's a nice wide angle view that is very versatile for everything from vlogging to street photography to landscapes. And the bright f/1.4 aperture is great for low light shots as well as creative bokeh when you want to blur the background.
It's very compact and well-built, plus it's affordably priced at around $400. Definitely a great everyday lens option for the ZV-E10 if you can work within that prime 16mm focal length.
