This is the first image of the upcoming Canon RF 50mm F1.8 STM lens, leaked at Nokishita-C. This new lens is expected to be announced with Canon RF 70-200mm F4L IS USM lens very soon.
Canon RF 50mm F1.8 STM lens is a compact and simple lens, but it uses a metal mount and the texture seems to be quite high. It seems that the letters “MACRO” and “IS” are not included in the part of the lens, so it seems likely that there is no macro function or IS.
