Anyone seen any actual Black Friday deals for a Nikon Z6 II body only yet? Honestly im so fed up with my old D750 acting up and the shutter sticking right when I need it most so I need to switch ASAP. Prices online are still way too high for me and I only have a $1350 budget for the body before a big shoot next month...
Adding my two cents on the budget. To stay under $1350 for the Nikon Z6 II 24.5MP Mirrorless Body, Black Friday new prices wont cut it. Youre better off looking at these:
- Nikon USA refurbished sales
- Used gear sites like MPB or KEH
- Local camera shop trade-ins Going refurbished usually gets you a warranty and saves a few hundred bucks over new retail. Its more realistic than waiting for a massive sale.
I remember when I finally ditched my mirror-flipping DSLR for the Z series. My back stopped hurting and my hit rate went way up... I have been extremely satisfied with the performance lately. It works well for my workflow and honestly I have no complaints about the transition. Regarding that budget, I am not 100% sure if the brand new body price will drop that low. I think I heard a whisper about a potential flash sale at some of the bigger New York shops, but IIRC those usually sell out in like ten minutes. A few things to check:

- Loyalty programs that might offer a points kickback
- Bulk deal promos where the body price gets hidden in a kit Someone told me that the older stock needs to move before the end of the year, so there might be a chance. I am just not sure if they will hit your specific 1350 target for a brand new unit. It is a tough call with the way prices have been hovering lately.
