Is the RF 85mm f/2 or the RF 50mm f/1.8 better for portraits on my R8? I have a family photoshoot in two weeks and need to decide fast. Budget is tight under 600 bucks, so I cant really stretch for the L glass right now. Im leaning towards the 85mm for the compression, but is the 50mm just more versatile for indoor stuff?

Honestly, go with the 85mm. The compression makes portraits look way more professional, just be careful indoors since you need a lot of space to back up!
