im honestly so fed up with my old rebel t6 crashing right in the middle of shoots lately... like it actually ruined half my shots at a wedding gig last weekend in Chicago and im just done. im finally upgrading to a sony a7iv and my budget is around 2500 bucks for the body and a decent zoom lens. but looking at prices right now makes my head spin cause everything is so damn expensive. should I just pull the trigger this week or wait it out for black friday or something? when do prices actually drop on this stuff because I cant deal with this glitchy garbage much longer...
TL;DR: Wait for Black Friday if you can stand your Rebel a little longer, but honestly your sanity is worth more than saving fifty bucks. In my experience over the years, camera bodies like that don't usually see massive price slashes until way later in their lifecycle. Not sure but I think holiday bundles are your best bet right now for stretching that budget.
