I finally got my hands on a Fuji X-Pro3 for my trip to Chicago next month and honestly I am so hyped but also super confused lol. I want to do that cool street photography style but I have literally no idea which prime lens to buy.

I keep seeing 23mm and 35mm mentioned everywhere but my logic was that I should get a zoom so I can see things far away? But then people say primes are better for street stuff because they are smaller. I only have like $450 left in my budget and I dont want to mess this up. Is one of them easier for a beginner who has never used a real camera before?...
