I just purchased a Nikon Z30 mirrorless camera and am looking for lens recommendations. As an APS-C camera, I know the Z30 can leverage DX crop lenses. I'm an enthusiast photographer on a budget but want sharp glass with decent low light performance for landscapes, portraits, urban shooting, and travel videography. What are the best bang-for-buck Nikkor Z DX lenses to consider in the wide, standard, and telephoto zoom ranges? Also open to bright, affordable prime lens options. Appreciate any advice!

Best Everyday Lens:
- Nikon Z DX 16-50mm f/3.5-6.3 VR: This compact, lightweight zoom lens is versatile and perfect for daily use. It covers a useful focal range and features Vibration Reduction (VR) for steady shots. You’ll appreciate its quiet operation and portability.
-
Best Wide-Angle Lens:
- Nikon Z DX 12-28mm f/3.5-5.6 PZ VR: Vloggers and landscape photographers will love this lens. It offers a power zoom feature and is great for capturing architecture and expansive scenes.

Best for Street Photography:
- Consider the Nikon NIKKOR Z DX 24mm f/1.7. With its wide aperture, it’s ideal for low-light conditions and street photography. The compact size complements the Z30’s body well.

Best Standard Prime Lens:
- The Nikon NIKKOR Z 28-75mm f/2.8 is a versatile mid-range zoom lens. It provides a large aperture for creative depth of field and excellent image quality. While it’s not the lightest, it’s worth considering for its performance.

Best for Travel:
- The Nikon NIKKOR Z DX 18-140mm f/3.5-6.3 VR is an all-in-one zoom lens. It covers a wide focal range, making it suitable for various travel scenarios. The built-in VR compensates for camera shake, especially in handheld shots.
