Lens Rumors

Along with Sigma 24mm F3.5 DG DN Contemporary Lens, Sigma also announced the new Sigma 35mm F2 DG DN Contemporary lens. It is a compact standard prime for E- and L-mount bodies, featruing 10 elements in 9 groups, including SLD and aspherical glass and a stepping motor. The minimum focus distance is 27cm (10.6″) and the maximum magnification is 0.18x. The lens has a manual aperture ring  and is sealed against dust and moisture. This new lens costs $639, first available for pre-order at B&H/ Adorama.
