Sony has just officially announced the Sony FE 35mm F1.8 lens for Sony full-frame mirrorless cameras. It is a fast prime lens with 11 elements, one of which is aspherical, and the internal focus system is driven by a linear motor. The lens is made of both aluminum and composite materials and weighs in at just 280 grams (9.9 ounces). This new lens costs $748, available for Pre-Order at B&H/ Adorama/ Amazon.
