Top budget lens choices for Sony E-mount camera systems?

So I finally bit the bullet and grabbed an a6400 after shooting on my bulky old 5D for literally forever. Im super stoked because the autofocus is honestly black magic compared to what I'm used to but man... I started looking at native Sony lenses and my wallet just started crying lol. I've got this big trip to Tokyo coming up in three weeks and I really want to travel light for once instead of lugging a giant bag through the subway. I know the basics of glass but switching systems feels like starting over and I dont wanna waste money on a kit lens that feels like a toy.

Looking for stuff that punches way above its weight class. I keep hearing about the Sigma trio but I'm also seeing these crazy cheap Viltrox and Samyang primes online and I cant tell if they're actually good or if people are just hyped because they're cheap. I mostly do street stuff and some landscape so I definitely need something wide and maybe one solid portrait lens for when I make my wife pose in front of the shrines.

My budget is pretty tight since I already spent a chunk on the body so I'm trying to stay under $400 or $500 per lens if possible. I've been a pro for a long time but this whole E-mount ecosystem is a totally different beast with all the third party support and I'm honestly kind of overwhelmed by the options. Are there any hidden gems that I'm missing? Whats the move for a high quality but budget friendly setup that wont break my back or my bank account?

Congrats on the swap! switching from a 5D is huge but yeah sony glass prices are wild. honestly you might want to be careful because some budget options are a gamble.
