Canon RF 600mm F4L IS USM Lens Announced, Priced $12,999, Availalbe for Pre-Order

Along with the Canon RF 100mm F2.8L Macro IS USM lens and Canon RF 400mm F2.8L IS USM lens, Canon also announced the new Canon RF 600mm F4L IS USM lens. It is a super-telephoto prime for the company’s full-frame mirrorless system, using the same optical formula as the EF version, featuring 17 elements in 13 groups, with one super UD and two fluorite elements. Super Spectra and Air Sphere coatings reduce ghosting and flare. The image stabilizer reduces shake by up to 5.5 stops.

This new lens costs $12,999, first available for pre-order at Amazon/B&H/ Adorama.
