Honestly so frustrated with my current setup blurring every bird I track on my R7. Im ready to give up if I cant find something sharper under 1500 bucks before my Maine trip in two weeks.

I spent months chasing warblers and losing focus till I switched to the Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary with the EF adapter. Building on the earlier suggestion, I ended up grabbin the Canon RF 800mm f/11 IS STM and havent looked back. I was worried about the low light side of things, but honestly, the R7 handles high ISO better than people say. Its so light that I can track birds all day without my arms getting tired. My best tip? Keep your shutter speed way higher than you think!
