Ive been shooting with an old X-T2 for years now and its finally starting to feel slow especially for the travel stuff I have coming up in Japan next month. Im torn between grabbing a brand new X-T5 or maybe saving a few hundred bucks and going with a used X-H2 since the specs are so similar. I really prefer the dials on the T series though so Im leaning that way.
My budget is firm at $1600 so Im hoping to find a deal somewhere. Does anyone know if theres an authorized dealer running a promo right now? Prices seem stuck at $1699 everywhere. Which would you pick for a month of heavy travel?
Unfortunately, you wont find a new Fujifilm X-T5 40MP Mirrorless Camera for $1600 since Fuji keeps pricing rigid. Its pretty disappointing how rare sales are these days. Quick tip: check the refurbished section on the official site or look for an open-box Fujifilm X-T5 Black Body at Best Buy to shave off that $100. That 40MP sensor is definitely worth the hunt tho.
