I just bought my first real camera which is the sony a6400 because I really want to take nice pictures of my dog but I am so lost with all the different parts. I want that blurry background look but all the lenses I see online are like 600 dollars or more which is way over my 400 dollar budget for my trip to Florida next week. I dont really get how the math works with the mm numbers and I feel kind of dumb asking but are there like discount codes people use? I checked some sites but everything is full price and I really need to save some cash. Does anyone know where to find promo codes or coupons for these things?
Promo codes are super rare for lenses tbh, but you dont even need 600 bucks to get that blur! I use the Sigma 30mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary for Sony E and it is honestly amazing for dog pics.
- Look for f/1.4 or f/1.8 on the lens
- Check the Sony E 50mm f/1.8 OSS too Its way under your budget and gonna look fantastic for your trip!
