i need a dslr for a trip to iceland next month and my budget is around 600 bucks. ive been reading online that black friday or right after christmas are the best times to buy, but obviously thats way too long to wait since im leaving in three weeks... so im trying to figure out if buying right now makes any sense or if prices drop randomly in the summer?

Since you are leaving so soon, waiting isnt an option. I would suggest grabbing a Canon EOS Rebel T7 24.1MP DSLR Camera right now to make sure you have time to learn it.
