I've been shooting street for over a decade and finally swapped my d850 for a z8 but man I am struggling to find the right glass for the city. I thought the 24-70 f2.8 would be the move but its way too heavy for walking around Manhattan all day and people keep staring at me like I'm a pro on a commercial shoot. I need something stealthy. I tried the 40mm f2 muffin lens and the autofocus just feels a bit sluggish for fast moving subjects even with the z8s speed. I got about 1200 bucks to spend before my trip to Tokyo next month. Should I just bite the bullet on the 35mm 1.8 S or is there a better prime I'm missing?
