The Fujifilm 16-55mm f/2.8 is probably the most versatile zoom lens for the X-H2S. It's a pro-grade weather-sealed lens with excellent sharpness and fast aperture across the whole zoom range. Great for landscape, portraits, and even some sports/wildlife if you don't need extreme tele reach.

@biende11 Add a Sigma 30mm f/1.4 lens for prime shootings.

I'd go for the Fujifilm 50-140mm f/2.8 for sports/wildlife along with the XF 16-55mm f/2.8. The 50-140 is tack sharp and the f/2.8 aperture gives you that nice subject separation and low light performance. A bit big and heavy but worth it for the pro build and optics.

Jumping in here because I feel like I need to share my experience before you drop all that cash. Honestly, I went down a similar path when I first upgraded and ended up pretty disappointed. I bought into the hype of needing the heaviest, most expensive glass for my kit. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way that weight really kills the vibe. I had issues with my neck after a single afternoon of shooting wildlife, and some of the older lenses people recommend just didnt feel as fast as I expected on a modern body like yours. My biggest mistake was buying everything at once. I spent a fortune on pro glass and then realized they were so bulky they just stayed in my bag half the time. Also, Id be really careful about the used market right now. I once grabbed a lens to save a few bucks and it turned out to be decentered... basically one side of every landscape shot was blurry. Since I wasnt the original owner, getting it fixed was a total nightmare. Just be cautious about what you really need vs what looks good on paper... maybe start with one and see how it actually feels in your hands before spending the full $3000.
