honestly so fed up with my current setup right now. I bought the X-H2 for my sisters graduation shoot but I'm struggling so hard with the kit lens. the backgrounds just look way too cluttered and its stressing me out because I want these to look legit.

I've got about $900 left and I'm totally lost looking at all these different fujinon lenses... some people say the 56mm f1.2 is the goat but then I hear the autofocus is slow and shes gonna be walking around a lot. I just need one good prime that gives me that really blurry background. which one is actually the best?

I switched to the Fujifilm Fujinon XF 56mm f/1.2 R WR for better resolving power on the X-H2 sensor, but its still not a speed demon. For moving subjects, the Fujifilm Fujinon XF 33mm f/1.4 R LM WR is technically superior. Its linear motor handles tracking effortlessly, whereas that 56mm glass is just too heavy for fast AF.
