Nikon Nikkor Z 24-70 mm F4 S Review (LensTip)

Maciej Latałło has just posted a full review of the newly released Nikon Nikkor Z 24-70mm F2.8 S lens ( Amazon/ B&H/ Adorama) at the LensTip.com. He tested this new lens on Nikon Z7 and found many pros: shapely and handy casing, good image quality in the frame centre, sensible image quality on the edge of the APS-C/DX sensor, moderate longitudinal chromatic aberration,  sensible correction of lateral chromatic aberration, low spherical aberration, negligible vignetting on the APS-C/DX,  lack of problems with astigmatism, good performance against bright light and silent and accurate autofocus.

Here is the verdict, ” Nikkor Z 24-70 mm f/4 S does exactly what it was designed for. It is a very solid kit lens and I think every photographer who buys it with their Nikon Z camera will be pleased with its performance…The price is quite another matter...”

Below is the sample image taken with Nikon Z7. Just enjoy!
