Nikon has just officially announced the new Nikon Nikkor Z 28mm F2.8 lens. It is a fairly compact prime lens with 9 elements in 8 groups, two of which have an aspherical design. Two stepping motors (STM) drive the lens’s focus group. The minimum focus distance is 10cm (3.9″) and the max magnification is 0.2x.
This new lens costs $296.95, first available for pre-order at Adorama/ B&H.
