im so lost with all this camera stuff and honestly its making me want to just give up and use my iphone but my sister says I need a real camera for our trip to the grand canyon next week. Ive been looking at these sony mirrorless ones because everyone says they are the best but wow the prices are all over the place and I dont even know what I'm looking at half the time like whats the difference between an a6000 and an a7 and why are some two thousand dollars?? its so frustrating trying to find a deal because every site says something different and then when I click it the discount is already gone. i only have about 800 dollars total to spend for the camera and the lens and maybe a bag or something and i live in chicago so i checked some local shops but they were even more expensive than online. sorry if this is a total newbie question and i sound like an idiot but i just cant figure out where to actually buy these things without getting ripped off or buying the wrong model. does anyone know which stores or sites have the actual best discounts on sony stuff right now or if there are any hidden sales i should look for?
