Leica has just officially announced the new Leica APO-Summicron-SL 28mm F2 ASPH Lens. It is a wide-angle prime for full-frame L-mount, featuring 13 elements, 6 of which are aspherical, minimum focus distance 0.24m (9.5″) and the maximum magnification 0.2X. This new lens costs $5,195, first available for pre-order at B&H.
