A new Canon EF L Zoom lens is coming! According to the latest rumors from CR2, the next Canon L lens will be a fast zoom (most likely f/2.8) coming in early 2016. It is rumored to be the successor to the current Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L II lens.
As we all know, Canon EF 35mm F1.4L II is the next prime lens coming on August 14, 2015 for $1,899 to replace the current version.
