Two new Nikon AF-S Nikkor 70-300mm lenses are coming! According to the latest rumors from NR, Nikon is rumored to update their current AF-S Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G IF-ED VR lens ($496.95). There will be two new versions coming: one with VR and the other without.
This is the same as the latest Nikon AF-P DX Nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G lens coming as a VR and non-VR versions.
The current AF-S Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G IF-ED VR lens was announced back in December of 2006. It is time to update!
