Sigma is planning to announce a new iteration of the current Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG DN Art lens. The announcement is expected to take place in mid-May, and the lens will be available for both Sony E-mount and L-mount camera systems. According to SAR, this new lens is more compact, optically sharper, has better color rendition, improved AF performance than the current Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG DN Art lens.
