So Ive been shooting with primes for ages but I just landed this gig for a big outdoor festival next weekend and honestly my 35mm and 85mm setup is gonna kill me with all the lens swapping in the dust. I need a solid all-rounder zoom that wont make me lose too much sharpness because I usually hate zooms but Im in a pinch here. Looking for something that covers the standard range but maybe a bit wider?

• Budget: under 1200 bucks preferably
• Timeline: need it by Thursday for a shoot in Philly
• Must have: constant f2.8 aperture
• Use case: fast paced music festival
